Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email reservations@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.

For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 4pm, weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 530pm at the Point and Bar.

    Join us for Valentine's Day dinner at Merriman's Maui! We are offering a 3 course prix fixe menu at $150 per person. All of our tables offer stunning ocean views. Tables will be seated from front to back, so we recommend booking our 4pm seating if your table location is very important to you. Location requests cannot be guaranteed. We will hold a table for you for 15 minutes past the reservation time. We ask that you limit your experience with us to 2 hours as a courtesy to the people waiting to be seated. If your plans should change, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will incur a $150 no show fee.

      This was an exceptional place to go to dinner. Our server was outstanding, food amazing and they made a special effort to accommodate our friend in a wheelchair. Beautiful restaurant.

      Food was amazing and came out so fast! Our waitress Lisa was so friendly and made it a great experience for us! It was our honeymoon and she went above and beyond bringing out bubbly and a small dessert to celebrate! 10/10

      Great setting. Food was very good. Wine was great - lots of nice choices but a bit expensive. Service was good. Noise level a little high with the music

      As usual an amazing meal with incredible service. Amuse Bouche of mushroom soup and warm bread with tomato water. Started was ahi poke with taro chips made at table side. Mains were rib eye steak with mashed potatoes and vegetables and clams and scallops with gnocchi. Dessert was the always amazing chocolate purse with vanilla ice cream.

      Tim is amazing. You want someone to lead you through dinner and pair amazing wine….ask for Tim! Get a few of the apps. They are worth it! Flavors for days. The views are second to none.

      As though the beautiful view, ambiance and guitarist strumming Hawaiian songs wasn’t enough, the food and drinks were also excellent. Lots of fresh catches to try and the Mai tai’s with the passion fruit foam is incredible! The sunset last night was one of the best and we watched it unfold in front of us! One of our favorite restaurants on Maui.

      It was a really special evening… Beautiful views, amazing food, great service. While the whole dinner was delicious, the lilikoi pot o crème was spectacular.
