    Service and food were fantastic! I had the diver scallops and shrimp and my husband had the macadamia nut crusted fish. Highly recommend!

    The food and service are excellent- there isn't much more to say. A reservation is essential- we went at 1:00 on a Wednesday, and it was packed. Many of the people were clearly regulars- greeting each other and the staff warmly. We have been to this location and the one in Poipu- both are definitely worth the trip. And it's good value for the quality of the food.

    Absolutely wonderful. We never miss an opportunity to dine at Merriman’s when we come to the Big Island. The food is so fresh and flavorful with a really unique menu. It’s small, intimate and the staff are lovely.
