Since 1995, Mexicali Cocina Cantina has been serving to the community Mexican/Californian (Mexicali) cuisine using locally sourced produce, quality meats, fresh and wild seafood, sushi grade tuna and wild caught crab when available. We pride ourselves in preparing in-house, most of, if not all, of our recipes in house all throughout the week if not daily. We are a Gluten Free house with the exception of our, flour tortillas, local bread. We never use animal products to fry with or in our recipes. Home of the Margatini, our trademarked, signature cocktail. Hand shaken and served up for your enjoyment. Strong but smooth to the finish. We are pleased to offer an extensive array of boutique Tequilas and American Bourbons as well as Wines from the Central Coast of California. All served in a comfortable road house setting with large booths and big high back chairs.
