Meze is one of the world’s most revered styles of eating, so it’s no wonder that Eastbourne Restaurant Meze chose it as its namesake. As you would expect, this city centre restaurant specialises in meze, which are small plates of hot or cold dishes that are typically shared and accompanied by warm, fresh bread. You’ll also find a main menu though, for those with a heartier appetite, brimming with succulent meats from the charcoal grill, fresh fish and veggie options to boot. Located on Pevensey Road, at the intersection of Susan’s Road, this Turkish haven is not to be missed. Be sure to book ahead of time to avoid disappointment.
