Mia's Italian Kitchen, located at the riverside end of King Street in Old Town Alexandria, is rooted in family. Our menu is filled with homestyle traditional Italian recipes sourced from owner Dave Nicholas' Sicilian grandmother. An elegant wine list accompanies beer and craft cocktails on the beverage menu. Dine downstairs and watch the signature Sicilian-style rectangular pizzas cook in the 800-degree brick oven, or upstairs to view the energetic open kitchen. Open for lunch and dinner, plus bottomless weekend brunch.

Took my family in for dinner. They have never been to mias before. Food was amazing and big portions. The service from Shelby was top-notch. Could not ask for better. Will be back.

Food and service were excellent. Cool vibe too. The only downside is the bathroom situation. Dirty, dank, and gross…soap dispenser broken too. Really hoping the kitchen is in better condition and the employees have a secret soap stash. So glad I didn’t see the bathrooms before dinner. Maybe takeout is the answer?

Our family had a fantastic experience at Mia's! The staff was friendly, making the visit feel personal and enjoyable. Celebrated my birthday with my husband and adult daughter at Mia’s for brunch today. Mia’s never disappoints! Fabulous fresh food, excellent service by Ricardo, and bonus tiramisu with a lighted birthday candle. Sunday brunch is an amazing small plates-shared entrees way to truly experience their broad menu. The Sunday Salad is delicious as are the freshly-made pastas with seafood, like Shrimp Fra Diavolo and linguine and clams. Small pizzas with feta and Kalamata olives and a rainbow offering of crisp salads with exquisite dressings are perfect for vegetarians. Highly recommend reservations for this outstanding Sunday brunch in Old Town Alexandria.
