MIDA is an inspired neighborhood Italian restaurant by award winning Chef, Douglass Williams. Our menu focuses on many regions of traditional Italian food and culture, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. We are all about supremely delicious food and warm hospitality.

Dinner is served Monday - Sundays from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Lunch is served Monday - Friday from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 AM -4:00 PM.

Reservations for indoor dining can be made in advance online. Patio reservations are now available for booking online or over the phone. Walk-ins are always welcome. Parties larger than six should call the restaurant directly to book a table.

    Inspired by the traditional Christmas Eve meal, "The Feast of the Seven Fishes", MIDA is proud to invite you to our "Feast of the Seven Pastas"! Available for dine-in or take-out, the "Feast", is $70 per person, includes bread, seven entrée pasta dishes, and holiday cookies for you to enjoy with friends and family (menu available on our website). Please note that this menu is only available in the dining room and take out. Pizza will be available for guests as an add on to their experience. We will serve a limited ala carte menu and ala carte pizza menu at the bar only. Parties larger than 6 should call the restaurant directly 617-546-8010

    Ring in the New Year at MIDA! We are serving a special three-course Chef's menu for NYE. Those looking to make the night extra special can splurge with optional supplements of Lamb Brasato Osso Bucco, as well as Wine Pairings. Guests attending the last seating are invited to stay for the ball drop and raise a glass with a complimentary sparkling wine. Please note that the prix-fixe menu is the only available option this evening after 6 PM. We will have a limited ala carte menu available for families and early diners before 6 PM in addition to the Chef's Menu.     Our visit to Mida was very enjoyable. The ambience was nice and the food was excellent but the best part was our server, Jet. She was fun, attentive and went above and beyond to make suggestions, accommodations and to bring everything in a timely manner. She was a joy to have as a server.

    My friend and I had a lovely luncheon for the first time at Mida. The service was exceptional and the food was absolutely delicious. We are both very discerning and have made the decision to have lunch or dinner there again. Such a special spot. We loved it! Bright, modern, great vibe.

    the wine steward selected a nice glass of Vernacia. the chicken parm was moist with good flavor. The wait staff was careful not to disturb our conversations.

    Always have a wonderful time at EVERY MIDA but particularly like lunch at MIDA Newton for a casual yet delicious meal, whether for work or for fun. Extra kudos to the server Randy!

    It’s a good place to try but not the best Italian in town. i’d avoid the rock shrimp carbonara as the pasta was squiggly and hard and it was too viscous. My friend enjoyed a pasta dish with pork. The side of we ordered of roasted cauliflower was excellent. I would go back and try other things. Nice big place with good music tracks by the bar area and an open kitchen.
