MIDA is an inspired neighborhood Italian restaurant by award winning Chef, Douglass Williams. Our menu focuses on many regions of traditional Italian food and culture, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. We are all about supremely delicious food and warm hospitality.

Dinner is served Monday - Sundays from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Lunch is served Monday - Friday from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 AM -4:00 PM.

Reservations for indoor dining can be made in advance online. Patio reservations are now available for booking online or over the phone. Walk-ins are always welcome. Parties larger than six should call the restaurant directly to book a table.

    Crispy chicken very good; Wine selection fine though too expensive. Waitress we had was excellent. Not desperately keen on the somewhat unkempt male servers; one baring tattoo arms--we don't need to see that. A proper sleeved shirt is required. Otherwise, a nice place with very decent decorations. Easy parking.

    We enjoyed New Years Eve here with another couple. it was a bit loud at the beginning due to a party with lots of kids (who does this on NYE?), but after that large table left, we could hear ourselves and enjoyed a leisurely meal, and great food. great to have parking available as well! Place was packed, and there seem to be a lot of regulars, which speaks well for the place. It was our 3rd time. We will be back.

    We’ve rung in the last few New Years at MIDA, either in East Boston or Newton. The service and food we received was phenomenal and we will keep up this tradition. Thank you, Chef Williams and your team!

    Mida is our absolute favorite last-minute date night restaurant -- and how lucky are we to live only a 10-minute walk away! My husband thinks their fritto misto is Boston's best calamari, and I am a big fan of their pizza. (Note: as a non pork eater, half of the pizza options are off the table, but the ones that are left are all super.) Those two orders, plus an order of olives as an appetizer, plus drinks, is usually the perfect meal for us to enjoy a nice, relaxed weeknight date night.

    Fabulous time dining out at MIDA! Food was delicious as always and the service was outstanding! Our server was friendly and attentive to our needs, while the manager welcomed us and helped make a birthday celebration extra special. Love MIDA!
