Midnight Morning is a vibrant, all-day gathering space in Boston’s Roslindale Village, evolving from a specialty coffee shop into a lively brunch, dinner, and cocktail bar. Founded by designer Virginia Brown, it’s a dream realized—a welcoming space where community and creativity thrive.

By morning, guests enjoy thoughtfully crafted coffee and house-made donuts. The kitchen, led by Executive Chef Rory Lee, offers a globally inspired, made-from-scratch menu featuring hearty brunches, fresh lunch options, and cozy, seasonal dinner specials. Nostalgia-fueled flavors shine, from house-baked breads to late-night bites.

The beverage program blends specialty coffees, natural wines, curated beers, and handcrafted cocktails—including playful nods to breakfast flavors and midnight musings. Open all day, Midnight Morning transitions seamlessly between meals, inviting guests to linger over espresso in the morning, a spritz at golden hour, or a nightcap before close.

    Midnight Morning, the vibrant coffee-to-cocktails café and restaurant is excited to announce the launch of its Midnight Morning Master Class Series, beginning with Espresso Foundations for a Home Barista. This immersive workshop is geared toward coffee enthusiasts with espresso machines at home. Hosted in collaboration with local coffee expert and roaster Evan Piepenbrink of An(other) Coffee Co., our two hours class will guide you in mastering the art of brewing café-quality coffee at home. Topics will be: Recipe Development - Espresso Prep - Dialing In - Milk Prep - and - Drink Assembly. This is our second class, and it will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Midnight Morning, ahead of regular service. Participants will receive expert guidance, hands-on learning, and a bag of freshly roasted coffee beans from An(other) Coffee Co. to continue practicing at home. The workshop also includes a delicious brunch and, of course, exceptional coffee.

Enjoy exclusive cocktails in partnership with Ten To One rum and An(other)Coffee Co., including the I Can’t Wait (Rum Espresso Martini) and the Birch St Breeze (passionfruit, strawberry Old Cuban). Refreshing free spirit cocktails like the Bad Decisions with Everleaf Forest and lemongrass will also be on hand. With live DJs like DJ White Lighting setting the vibe and hourly giveaways, this is more than brunch—it’s a pajama party you won’t want to miss!

    We already knew they had great food, drinks (coffee and otherwise), and with their espresso class we learned they have great customer service and community involvement. Class was great, and came with coffee and breakfast which was appreciated for an 8AM start!
