Mignonette is Miami's favorite Oyster Bar -- brought to you by Chef Daniel Serfer and Ryan Roman. Named one of the 50 Best Seafood Restaurants in the Country [by Tasting Table], Mignonette features superior selections of Oysters (flown in daily), Seafood, Prime Meats and Veggies. Chef Daniel Serfer, a Miami native, opened his first restaurant, Blue Collar, in January 2012. Frequented by locals and visitors alike, Blue Collar offers American comfort food in a casual setting. Drawing on the success of Blue Collar, Mignonette provides a fun environment where patrons can enjoy a dozen oysters, a bottle of champagne, classic seafood preparations like Oysters Rockefeller and Clams Casino, and a Fancy shellfish tower. Serfer is proud to bring a unique oyster bar experience to the local guests who have made Blue Collar so popular.

    First time here and I am already making plans to come back! Service was quick, professional, and friendly. Made my overall experience amazing. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff (Shout out Freddy). One recommendation is to visit the restaurant early as popular items run out (understandable). But what was avaialbe was made to perfection.

    The crab cakes and mussels were outstanding, and we loved the crispy snapper and red fish. Mignonette is our one of our favorite restaurants in Miami.

    Very solid menu, food was well prepared and properly seasoned! At the menu price, I would hope to have a larger portion of cornbread, which is world class, we made a second order asap!

    One of Miami’s hidden gems. Not only was the food amazing but the service was excellent. Louis and Lester were really helpful and informative. Took the time to recommend the best wines and cater to my food allergies.

    This spot is a seafood lover’s dream! Every dish and appetizer we tried was chef’s kiss..highly recommend everything on the menu. We started with the cornbread, Rockefeller oysters, charbroiled oysters, and trout dip, and they were all bursting with flavor. For entrées, we shared the grilled octopus (app size), lobster linguine (app size), and the red fish, and each one was elite. Our server was also top-tier..super knowledgeable, gave us great recommendations, and brought such a fun personality to the experience. The ambiance was stunning. And as a marketing girlie, I was obsessed with every little detail, down to the logo. Only tiny downside is that they only serve wine and beer, so we hit a cocktail bar after. But honestly, the food and vibe alone make this a must-visit!

    Second time dining at Mignonette and the first experience was so great we decided to return to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Unfortunately this visit fell short of the first: two of the three meals were incredibly salty to the point of being unpleasant. Also, no one took the opportunity to ask how our meals were during or afterward. I know this place is capable of doing much better so I’ll consider giving it another shot on my next trip to Miami, but would advise diners to make their preferences clear to the waitstaff upon ordering.

    Started off with some beautiful fresh oysters shared an order of cornbread, which had just a little touch of heat tasted fantastic. And finished off a sweet and juicy lobster roll. Can’t wait to go back. Service was excellent.

    The best cornbread I’ve ever eaten and I’m from TN! The whole fish special was phenomenal and exceeded expectations. Loved the lightly seasoned chips paired with it. The broccolini was a bit disappointing-way too al dente and had a fishy taste. Bread pudding was good but not as good as expected given the cornbread and fish experience . I would absolutely dine here again and again.
