Food was great, as it always is. My complaint/issue is with the service. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, the hostess was cold and very unfriendly. The waiter treated us the same as the hostess and seemed almost bothered that he had to serve us. I will say the staff bringing the chips/salsa was very welcoming, warm and friendly. I have the waiter’s name if management is interested in learning how he treats the clientele of your establishment. This has not been the norm when I have visited before. But, this waiter seemed to treat the table next to us the same way. Maybe he was having a bad day, but still I left there somewhat shocked as to how we were treated.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Miguel's itself was great. Five stars. The food was delicious. Love being right on the pier. The service was good. The problem was the pre-paid dinner for the parade of lights. I didn't MIND pre-paying, but if you don't use the whole amount, you lose it. We had 165.00 left! We all ordered desserts that we didn't really want. Still didn't reach our money paid. I could have let that go because we had a nice show with the parade of lights, but I was really upset that the amount left COULD NOT BE APPLIED to Tax and gratuity!!! On top of losing money, we had to PAY the tax and gratuity separate. I'm not sure if this policy is Miguel's or Open Table's, but IT IS WRONG!!! Like I said, I did not mind pre-paying to assure our seats, but this was a rip-off!!!!!!請問這對你有幫助嗎？
