We've been eating at this restaurant for 30 years but after tonight that may end. The service we received tonight from the server, who forgot to place our order and then didn't provide utensils and condiments when we finally got our food was really poor, This was followed by a discussion with the manager who, when the trouble was reported, had an amazingly condescending attitude and did nothing to apologize of defuse the situation. I guess since the manager is related to the owner there's a general feeling of entitlement that places her above the no-bodies who just go there to eat but if this is the new Duffy's I can certainly find better places for dinner in the same neighborhood.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
