Specializing in aburi, or flamed-seared, sushi, the act of applying flame directly and lightly searing sushi enhances the natural flavours and textures of the seafood. Miku owner, Seigo Nakamura, innovated the Aburi concept by crafting specialty sauces using non-traditional Japanese ingredients to pair with each type of fish.

    Celebrate the season with our exclusive Miku Holiday Kaiseki, a chef-curated 7-course dining experience, available for $180. This elegant menu can be elevated with optional premium beverage pairings. Join us from December 16 to January 5, allowing approximately 2.5 hours to fully savour the experience.     We happily accommodate large-party bookings for groups of 7 to 12 people. Please note that the maximum duration for this experience is 2 hours. For reservations exceeding 12 guests, we encourage you to arrange a private dining booking. Kindly be informed that no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation will be subjected to a charge of $25 per person. At this time, we are accepting large party bookings up to three months in advance. We appreciate your understanding.

    Our server was incredibly hospitable and helpful with even the most specific of our inquiries. The food was great, and we enjoyed the variety of dishes that they offer. Our biggest attraction to return to this restaurant was the friendly and welcoming service.

    Good food & service, but not very comfortable seat assigned by the receptionist with so many empty seats around 4:45pm, so ended up as a quick meal!

    As per usual, Miku and their staff provided an amazing dining experience for my birthday! It was my date’s first time and she loved it! Started off with hamachi and king salmon sashimi, both of which were extremely fresh and well prepared. Brussels sprout chips nice and crispy! The prime rib was cooked to a perfect medium rare and the accompanying sauces took the meat to an even higher level! The potato puree was really creamy and full of butter! The highlight as always was the salmon oshi!

    We had 7:15pm reservation in which we made 2 month in advance and asked for a quieter corner table for six people. When we arrived to the restaurant, we ended up waiting about 1 hour to get in and being shoved to a small table in the middle of the restaurant. Safe to say, never again in this lousy and worthless place.

    The food was amazing as always. The only observation with the service is that a few times they swept away our plates before we had finished the food on them!

    Everything is pretty good, we had a really good time and the table had amazing view of harbor, the only thing is my Oshi Sushi is stone cold and fishy , I’m a fan of Oshi sushi there and I ordered two different kinds of Oshi but they’re all cold and the rice is hard when served.
