Specializing in aburi, or flamed-seared, sushi, the act of applying flame directly and lightly searing sushi enhances the natural flavours and textures of the seafood. Miku owner, Seigo Nakamura, innovated the Aburi concept by crafting specialty sauces using non-traditional Japanese ingredients to pair with each type of fish.

    Celebrate the season with our exclusive Miku Holiday Kaiseki, a chef-curated 7-course dining experience, available for $180. This elegant menu can be elevated with optional premium beverage pairings. Join us from December 16 to January 5, allowing approximately 2.5 hours to fully savour the experience.     We happily accommodate large-party bookings for groups of 7 to 12 people. Please note that the maximum duration for this experience is 2 hours. For reservations exceeding 12 guests, we encourage you to arrange a private dining booking. Kindly be informed that no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation will be subjected to a charge of $25 per person. At this time, we are accepting large party bookings up to three months in advance. We appreciate your understanding.

    We had a group of 7 for a birthday dinner around the holidays and were seated in the back room area which was nice because we didn’t have to worry about being too loud (we’re a chatty group). The food and drinks were excellent with decent size portions. Service was a little on the slow side, however the restaurant was fully booked until 9pm so that’s understandable. Servers were knowledgeable and attentive and didn’t try to push any upgrades or additions on us. We will definitely be back.

    Our server is very charming and accommodating, our food was exceptionally good, fish freshness and quality is outstanding. cocktail is very innovative and some with great recipe to try. Overall every dish is the right temperature and curate at table side nicely before we proceed to eat. Wild caught salmon anything is definitely worth trying ..... With my birthday celebration, our server gave us a great cheer for the dessert pair with plum wine. The ambience is very pleasant and all details of table was considered, our water glass was never empty and plates were changed after few dishes. All dishes timing came out just right, not waited long time for each dish . Just one thing about parking instruction , should give people more instructions before come in to dine at the restaurant.

    Food was pretty good. Service was just ok. Our server never came back once to ask us how was our meal until last order time to see if we wanted to order some more which we did. I had to wait for our server to show up somewhere near by to ask for refill hot water for the tea. I would come back for the food but definitely not for the service
