Specializing in aburi, or flamed-seared, sushi, the act of applying flame directly and lightly searing sushi enhances the natural flavours and textures of the seafood. Miku owner, Seigo Nakamura, innovated the Aburi concept by crafting specialty sauces using non-traditional Japanese ingredients to pair with each type of fish.

Please note that the maximum duration for this experience is 2 hours, and an 18% gratuity will be included in the final bill. For reservations exceeding 12 guests, we encourage you to arrange a private dining booking. Contact us directly at info@mikurestaurant.com to secure your reservation and make your special occasion even more memorable. Kindly be informed that no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation will be subjected to a charge of $25 per person. At this time, we are accepting large party bookings up to three months in advance. We appreciate your understanding.

    Excellent dining experience. Went with the family for dinner and our server was so friendly and attentive. We had a citrus allergy and they were very good about it. Whenever there was a dish with citrus, they made sure to explain and let us know. They also had high chairs available. Food was excellent and our server's recommendations were spot on. Everything we had was delicious and fresh, but the ones that stood out were of course the Oshi and Aburi, lamb chops, sable fish, Mushroom risotto, and the cranberry Hojicha cheesecake for dessert.

    Flawless from start to finish. Experience was especially good because of our top-notch server, whose name, unfortunately, I did not catch.

    everything is good except where we were seated was quite busy and cornered … paying $225 each for the sake pairing was good except the ambience was quite upsetting as i c different hustling n bustling waiters n prep chefs bumping in the corner as they look like their rushing to get to their guests n food in time … they mentioned that pairings are always at the bar but i couldn’t relax to eat as its not an interactive bar either coz its like the great wall was secretly blocking to see wat they were up to sorry to say …i will never pay for another pairing at miku ever again if i needed to b at the bar…. the minami champagne was at least better but it was like a group dinner with 23 other guests. also would b better if it was table candle for 2 and with the sommelier circling around different tables n give group mingling time after, if ppls chooses to.

    Excellent service from all serving staff for our business dinner on this occasion especially from our main server. Food was prepared first class with explanations for each dish. We will be back!
