Welcome to Milaanj at The Beehive Restaurant & Pub, one of the top 50 gastropub's and reference in Michelin guide.

We bring to you an exciting edit of global dishes, masterfully elevated with Indian flavours, that are interpreted through a modernist lens. Our inimitable dishes pair seasonal, locally sourced fresh produce and the finest Indian herbs and spices, to create avant garde dishes that are executed with imagination, artistry, flair and precision. Superb as always:- staff, food, setting. Just a really pleasant place to enjoy excellent and interesting food. So much so that returning for lunch tomorrow (providing I can get in)

A fantastic place for Sunday lunch. The food is delicious, a wonderful take on traditional roast and the sharing snacks and starters are addictive. The service is always excellent too, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Will go back again and again!

The starters were good but the main course lacked flavor and it did not hit the spot. While the staff was courteous and they took our considerations into account for the dishes we ordered, both the main course dishes - aubergine and the chicken were below par. Not for my palette.

Not sure how long The Beehive has been under new ownership and converted to an Indian fusion restaurant but I have to say the experience was excellent, service, food and overall setting. Rather quiet on a Wednesday lunchtime but it was well worth the visit.

We've eaten at The Beehive a few times now but this was the first time of trying Milaanj. If you're looking for a chicken korma or vindaloo, this isn't the restaurant for you. Ruchi, the new owner, has devised a scrumptious menu with delicate flavours and a far cry from any other Indian restaurant near by. We had an early table and there were only a handful of other diners but the tables are set with lots of space if it's busier. The cocktails were good too. Thanks Ruchi for sending me a masala bun and sun dried tomato butter when I was in hospital locally. My husband had eaten there on his way to visit me and called in to have dinner with you. A very kind thought, especially as I told you how delicious it was on our last visit. See you soon.

Had a delicious Diwali dinner here this week - the restaurant had been beautifully decorated, the atmosphere was great and the food, as it arrived, was all immaculately presented and tasted wonderful. I can't say that every dish was to every one's taste....but that is the point of these evenings, isn't it, to try lots of new things and see what you think. Overall a brilliant evening and hope they hold another one next year!
