Milano Grill -La Stella- offers an exquisite Italian food experience on the island. Inspired by the finest cuisine of Italy, our chef selects the best choices of meats on the market and the freshest possible seafood to create marvelous menus that will amaze our guests’ taste buds.
Located on the very top of our hotel, the Milano Grill La Stella, meaning “the star” in Italian, was designed to recreate the atmosphere of a dinner under the starry sky of Guam. Details such as the ceiling lights, the twilight-like mood and the direct view over the Pacific Ocean under the starry Guam sky, invites the guest to indulge into a surreal ambiance. To continue their delightful journey, our guests are invited to enjoy cocktails, wines, and whiskeys, in La Cantina, our exclusive bar. Let the stars guide you to a perfect evening.

The prices have gone up but so has everything else so it was still worth it. The course menu from prior had more variety so maybe Ala carte may be a better choice unless you don’t want to think about what to eat. We found it better to just order and taste what you really wanted. Food was all delicious and for the view go for sunset.

It was the coolest place I've ever visited in Guam. Thank you for your kind hospitality, and the food was wonderful. The beauty of this restaurant is that you enjoy the time from sunset to night view.

3人で行きましたが2人コース料理私は好き嫌い激しいので、アラカルトでミートボール　トマトソースのペンネ　ステーキを食べました。　グアムで同じような物ばかり食べてたので気分変えたくて。凄くクオリティが高い。コース料理だから量が少ないと思ってましたが　凄くお腹いっぱいになったみたいです。

ロケーションは最高で料理もグアムの中では最高クラス！接客も素晴らしくて凄く優雅なひと時を過ごすことができました。このロケーションでこの料理なら日本でももう少し高いので、そう考えたらだいぶコスパ良いです！笑美味しかったですご馳走様でした。

Went there for a double celebration, Birthday/Anniversary and it did not disappoint! The staff were very attentive and accommodating to our requests. The food was delicious! The view was the icing on the cake. Thank you Milano’s for a wonderful night!

Another fab meal at La Stella. Amuse-bouche was much more memorable this time and was a delight to start our meal. Caeser Salad was good but would have preferred more of the advertised bacon bits vice two strips of it and please, more anchovy in the dressing. Not a showstopper by any means. The Hokkaido scallops just melted into our mouths and one of our favorites. The Linguine was missing that umami that we remembered from previous visits but nonetheless still tasty. Service was perfect, no hovering, no annoying "howdy how y'all/we all doin' this evening-- fake banter"... We will return soon!
