London's plant-based pioneers, the first Mildreds opened in Greek Street, Soho, in 1988, and has since moved over to Lexington Street.

Mildreds is all about fresh, colourful vegan food that’s vibrant and full of flavours. It's six London restaurants, each with their own unique style and personality, offer laid-back and friendly service in a lively atmosphere.

Often surprising and seducing hardened carnivores and with all of their dishes vegan and many gluten free, Mildreds offers a warm welcome to all. Signature dishes include kimchi bokkeumbap, Mushroom ale pot pie, kiri hodi and korean fried chick+n burger.

Located in a townhouse in the heart of Soho, the recently refurbished Mildreds is spread over 3 floors and offers a stylish private dining space for 10 - 26 people

You’ll find our cosy, intimate private dining room on the second floor. The dark panels, artwork and quirky character provide a space which feels like you’re in the heart of Soho. The room transitions from a modern dining space during the day to an intimate candlelit hideaway away in the evening, where you can enjoy our classic cocktails accompanied by our seasonal, 100% plant-based menu. Minimum spend: Monday - Sunday (from 4pm): £1200 Please note that we require a deposit to secure the booking, fully refundable if cancelled 48+ hours in advance. Any decorations brought to Mildreds will need to be removed and disposed of appropriately by the organiser after the event.

Took a long time to get seated as it was very busy. Some things were good not great, some not so good. The chocolate ganache torte was lovely.

Our first visit to Mildred’s.. we had a really nice time. The staff are charming and the environment lovely. Our selection of small plates were all delicious.. We’ll definitely be back 😊

Food was great and so was our waiter. So disappointed with our table, we were right next to the door which was constantly being opened, my daughter had to keep getting up to close it. There was a queue of people next to us the whole time queuing to be checked in which was uncomfortable and off putting. Our table was very cramped, would recommend going to a different branch. It was my daughter’s 21st birthday which I made clear when I booked. Sadly it was a memorable birthday for all of the wrong reasons! So disappointing. I think it should’ve been made clear to us when we booked where we were being seated, we would’ve gone somewhere else had we known

Whilst we love the food and the friendly staff, the table we had was right in the middle of the room and it felt like we were in the way as the staff traffic to get to other tables was very busy. Next time, we will as for a table for two against a wall or on the periphery.

I was disappointed with this restaurant - the website suggests a quiet, ambient setting but the reality is a busy packed in environment. Food was nice but not memorable. I felt a bit embarrassed as I’d booked it for birthday and it turned out not to be a birthday kind of restaurant.. Probably good for a casual catchup with friends

Kimchi gyoza and chicken burger were delicious- I also highly recommend the ginger beer. Great atmosphere and decor too.

Sadly, it was below average. Not one single dish stood out as being good. Some just tasted like steamed vegetables rolled in raw spices. Not very innovative and way over hyped. Would rather pay more for a better experience. Won’t be returning.
