    The service was awful. It took 30 minutes to place our drink order and another 20 to place our food order. There were lots of staff so there was no excuse. I think management needs a lesson on how to run an efficient restaurant. You know it's going to be bad when the guy filling up our water starts telling us about another couple who stormed out because they waited 45 minutes to be served and that we should write a bad review. If it wasn't New Year's Eve we would have left too.

    We had an nice family NYE dinner. Miguel was amazing....he was attentive, friendly, funny and extremely courteous. We will definitely come back again!!!!

    The restaurant was super busy but making a reservation helped. They were short on staff but made up for it by bringing our meals out quickly.

    We waited closer to 10 minutes before the waitress came to our table. I ordered a salad without cilantro and dressing on the side. But the salad was served with cilantro and the dressing all mixed in. I was really hungry, so I did not bother informing the waitress that she got the order wrong and just ate it.

    Milestones is always our go-to! The food is consistently amazing, and everything I’ve tried there has been the best. The waitstaff has always been attentive, which makes the experience even better. I did give a 3 for ambiance because there were fruit flies, and the bathrooms were uncomfortably cold, which I hope can be addressed. That said, we absolutely love the brunch there! We had all the classic Benedicts, and they were absolutely delicious. Looking forward to our next visit!

    This used to be our go to place but it has gone downhill. It was better when Cara owned it but now that Foodtastic from Quebec bought it they cut corners. Not enough staff and\or cooks. Everything takes a long time to get and you barely see your server. Our servers messed up our drink\food\dessert order 3 times. There are better places around (Moxies, Jack Astors, Scaddabush) Sometimes when we've went there is no hostess so you have to flag down someone to seat you. Have a full-time hostess. Lastly they play the music so loud you cant have a conversation. This is not a nightclub.
