Located in downtown Nashville, Mimo Restaurant and Bar is an Italian fine-dining restaurant showcasing a menu infused with the essence of Tuscan cuisine, all served with warm and genuine service within a lively atmosphere. Situated on the first floor of Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, Mimo transforms during the day into a captivating social hub for connections with breakfast, brunch, and lunch offerings and, come evening, evolves into a dynamic setting fueled by an animated bar and restaurant ambience with a delightful new dinner menu and expansive cocktail list. Join us for daily happy hour specials available in both the restaurant and bar accompanied by live music every Wednesday through Sunday.

For antipasti, savor Tuna Crudo, King Crab & Sunchoke Bisque, Prime Angus Beef Carpaccio, or the Mimo Winter Salad. Highlights from the primi course include Lobster Ravioli with Maine lobster and burrata, Duck Pappardelle with duck ragu and aged Parmigiano, or Scarpinocc with brown butter and sage. For mains, enjoy Alaskan Halibut with confit fennel, house-made Porchetta, Truffle Risotto, or a 24 oz. Dry-Aged Bone-In Ribeye. Finish with Vanilla & Raspberries or Pane e Cioccolate with dark chocolate crémeux and toasted ciabatta.

    Waiter was fantastic and so was the sommelier. The food was mediocre. Shirt rib was tough and greasy - not great Christmas Eve dinner for the price

    Every bite I had was immaculate. Starting with the fresh house-made focaccia with a delectable rosemary infused olive oil from Tuscany. I wanted to lick the lobster bisque bowl clean, it had a nice amount of lobster for the price paid. The scallops for the appetizer were cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. My partner tried fois gras for the first time and fell in love with the fous gras parfait, a must grab even if it’s just to be adventurous. For entrees we had the bucatini Nero and lamb chops. After seeing my partner do a happy dance from the first bite I didn’t hear a work spoken from him unless our server or a staff member came by to check in and refill our beverages, and that’s a hard feat to pull off. The wines recommended for pairing with the entrees were spot on as well! So glad I picked this place to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was truly a delicious and unforgettable experience. Gonna be back again for sure and excited to see what a new seasons brings to the menu

    Excellent Saturday Brunch with friends at the Bar…the staff is amazing…professional, knowledgeable and kind! Our bartender Kayla was a joy to share the Brunch experience with!! The food and various drinks were delicious!!!

    I’ve have stayed and eaten at many Four Seasons around the US and I have to say this hotels lobby bar and restaurant were mediocre at best. Drinks were pathetic and the food was just ok. Won’t be going back.
