Stunning new restaurant. Author's kitchen of Italian origin.
The first restaurant of Aram Mnatsakanov in Germany, known as hellish chef in the CIS countries. His son Mikhail Mnatsakanov, a talented chef continues the dynasty in Berlin.
The MINE menu features new creations of world-renowned gastronomic specialties. A fresh interpretation of the world's most delicious recipes, carefully and lovingly prepared by young, talented chefs.
Also part of the restaurant is the wine bar WINE. Guests can wait there for a free table in the restaurant, or just come over for a glass of wine. On the menu you will find a selection of wines from biodynamic and natural viticulture. The bar is located in a historic building, where once was the smallest bar in Berlin. Soon, the bar returns with a new concept.

    Als vereidigter Lebensmittelsachverständiger (IHK Berlin) bin ich immer wieder begeistert von dem Geschmack der Gerichte. Frisch gekocht, das sieht und schmeckt man. Dadurch das man in die Küche Einblick hat, ist es möglich so etwas zu bewerten. Da keine Haustiere erlaubt sind und es keine Kindergerichte gibt und auf einen ordentlichen Dress-Code geachtet wird und die Gerichte und der Wein nicht ganz billig sind, ist die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Es lohnt sich vorzubestellen, sonst sind die Plätze rar. Meine Favoriten sind: der Salat mit roter Beete und Vasabieis, das Tatar, die Krake und das Lammkotelett. Unverschämt sind die Nachtische, unverschämt im Geschmack... so etwas habe ich noch nirgends gegessen. Eine Geschmacks-Explosion. Glückwunsch an die Küche! Sehr zu empfehlen!! Dr.Basikow

    Die Mischung aus dem exotischen Style, super Licht - bequeme Stühle - und der ausgezeichneten Küche wird perfekt abgerundet miteinem Service, der genau spürt, wann Gäste aich selbst genug sind und wann nicht!
