• 7-Course Tasting Menu for $75 per person
• No à la carte on Tuesdays 🥲
• À la carte available the rest of the week
A specially curated Mineral experience—perfect for first-timers.

Wednesday to Saturday

• À la carte menu & 9-Course Tasting Menu ($95 per person)
• Late Night Menu: Fridays & Saturdays, 9:45 pm - 12 am

Chef’s Counter Experience

• 12-Course Tasting Menu for $125 per person
• Beverage Pairing available for an additional $50 per person
• Seatings at 6 pm & 8 pm

Reservations & Timing

• We offer a 15-minute grace period. Please call if you are running more than 10 minutes late.
• Your table is reserved for 2 hours (for parties up to 4) and 2.5 hours (for parties of 4+).

    Most amazing dinner at Mineral. The food and service were impeccable. We had the chef’s counter tasting menu and every single dish was amazing. We look forward to coming back and getting the other stuff that’s on their a la carte menu. And their non-alcoholic drink pairing was also delicious. More places need to have this kind of option. Highly recommended!

    Excellent service before even going to the restaurant with a phone call to clarify allergies and dietary restrictions. High quality food ingredients and great flavours. Definitely recommend the tasting menu.

    Had a lovely evening. Food was excellent. I am doing a dry January so asked for carbonated water. It was hardy fizzy and warm. And had to ask for top up. Twice. Otherwise the service was good. Prompt and explained all the dishes but not hurried. A good pace. However at the end all dishes were cleared but no one offered coffee or dessert and had to ask for the bill. So marked down on service otherwise a great spot. Would definitely go again.

    Friendly wait staff, great food and drinks in an intimate setting around the bar. Had the New Year’s Eve tasting menu with non-alcoholic pairing and loved that each drink had calamansi for a refreshing flavour. Food presentation was lovely with the smoking and dry ice effects while the food was tasty as well, so it wasn’t just all show with no substance. Was nice to experience some quintessential Filipino dishes in this setting for a change.

    This was our second time at the Chef’s Table for the tasting menu - specially set for my wife’s gluten allergy. An amazing experience - attentive top notch service, friendly staff, and incredible food. We love being able to watch the chef painstakingly plate the dishes and see the care and detail that goes into each dish. We loved every single item that was served. We plan to return many more times in the future for special meals (this was our Xmas present to ourselves).
