• Late Night Menu: Fridays & Saturdays, 9:45 pm - 12 am

Chef’s Counter Experience

• 12-Course Tasting Menu for $125 per person
• Beverage Pairing available for an additional $50 per person
• Seatings at 6 pm & 8 pm

Reservations & Timing

• We offer a 15-minute grace period. Please call if you are running more than 10 minutes late.
• Your table is reserved for 2 hours (for parties up to 4) and 2.5 hours (for parties of 4+).

    I've been to Mineral almost a dozen times, and they never let me or my fiancé down. Bruce, Greg, and Chef Danny have always been warm, and no matter how busy the night is, the consistency of their food and beverages is always on point. I'm Filipino, and I recommend Mineral to all my friends, I brought my family here as well. Mineral's version of Filipino food puts it on a different level. Filipino food hasn't always been seen as healthy and upheld to a certain high standard, unlike its other Asian counterparts - but Mineral's/Chef Danny's twist gave way to not only elevating the food that is originally tasty and healthy but also making it more appetizing and palatable across different ethnic backgrounds. My personal favourites are Crispy Broccolini and Tuna Kinilaw.

    Food was fantastic and the service team were really friendly. Great vibe to the place. Barstools are a bit too close and bolted down. I’m a small person and I noticed I would think anyone bigger would struggle with bar seating!

    Food is typically excellent but not tonight. Still good but the flavours weren’t as distinctive. The short rib was dry. May have been an off night. It’s expensive and was not worth the price. Very disappointed.

    Tasting menu was wonderful, creative, new flavours. Small portions exactly right....in fact we had enough by dessert and had to pass this course.

    I thought the overall experience was great. The food was amazing and beyond what I expected. I was really surprised by a few of the dishes. The one dish that stood out the most to me was that pineapple kombu. That kombu was so good. I can't stop thinking about it. The other dishes were all perfectly executed and delicious.

    A friend and I visited Toronto briefly for a couple of nights and booked the “Chef’s Counter” tasting menu at Mineral. To say it exceeded expectations feels like an understatement. Everything we were served was amazing, as were the wine pairings! Definitely one of the best meals I’ve ever had!!
