Wednesday to Saturday

• À la carte menu & 9-Course Tasting Menu ($95 per person)
• Late Night Menu: Fridays & Saturdays, 9:45 pm - 12 am

Chef’s Counter Experience

• 12-Course Tasting Menu for $125 per person
• Beverage Pairing available for an additional $50 per person
• Seatings at 6 pm & 8 pm

Reservations & Timing

• We offer a 15-minute grace period. Please call if you are running more than 10 minutes late.
• Your table is reserved for 2 hours (for parties up to 4) and 2.5 hours (for parties of 4+).

A friend and I visited Toronto briefly for a couple of nights and booked the “Chef’s Counter” tasting menu at Mineral. To say it exceeded expectations feels like an understatement. Everything we were served was amazing, as were the wine pairings! Definitely one of the best meals I’ve ever had!!

Chef Danny and Jordan took great care of us with the Chef's Counter experience. Filipino inspired plates were presented in front of us course after course, timed to perfection. Each course was well explained by the chef with where the inspiration came from. Their entire team had our notes downs, and knew exactly what we were celebrating that night and catered the experience to our taste and preference. The hospitality that was present from start to finish was from the service to the kitchen was impeccable. On a side note, they do change their menu, and ingredients quite often! My fiance and I are already planning our next trip back, likely visiting their bar to enjoy some of their cocktails and a la carte offerings from their menu! Extremely approachable and innovative experience! Highly recommend!

Mineral was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were treated with the most special service from everyone in the establishment. They took time to acknowledge that we were celebrating a special occasion, answered our questions about the dishes, and made sure that everything was perfect for us. The dishes themselves were oustanding, we were blown away by the innovation, flavours, and plating. It was such a unique experience and we look forward to returning again sometime soon!

Fantastic restaurant with a great tasting menu and cocktail selection. The people are very nice and welcoming. Really innovative take on Filipino fusion cuisine! I would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Went here for dinner to celebrate my girlfriends birthday and it was amazing. We had the tasting menu and the food kept getting better and better. But the best thing about this place is the service. The staff makes you feel like you are family. Would definitely come again!

I don't say this lightly, this was possibly the best food experience I've ever had. The food not only looked amazing but tasted even better. If you asked me which dish was my favorite, I'd imagine this is the trouble parents have when asked who their favorite kid is (I'm not a parent yet lol so just guessing). The presentation of the oysters and shrimp really set the stage and wowed me. The ensaymada was a star with the duck prosciutto. The miso halibut which combines Canadian and Filipino ingredients, I have no words! Chef, hats off to you for nailing it. Also as a 90s kid the music in the background was HITTING! Now please, open for lunch so I can come with work! 😂
