Chef’s Counter Experience

• 12-Course Tasting Menu for $130 per person
• Beverage Pairing available for an additional $50 per person
• Seatings at 6 pm & 8 pm

Reservations & Timing

• We offer a 15-minute grace period. Please call if you are running more than 10 minutes late.
• Your table is reserved for 2 hours (for parties up to 4) and 2.5 hours (for parties of 4+).

    One of the better tasting menus I have been to. The chef counter experience was amazing because you get to interact with the staff and ask questions about the food. They used interesting ingredients and flavour combinations. The dishes were well balanced, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

    I had dinner here with a friend and we tried the tasting menu which was a great choice, especially if it’s your first time! The food was delicious and the service was amazing. I’m looking forward to the next time we go so I can try the dishes off their regular menu!

    This was our second time going to Mineral. An all around amazing experience with delicious food, ambience, and service. Very inventive dishes with great flavour profiles. There were some really fun takes on classic Filipino dishes, that stayed true to the spirit of the originals.

    This is one of the best restaurants in the city. No debate. My gf and I went here for her birthday and did a tasting menu. We received complementary dishes and ordered all the additional items. It was phenomenal - The service was attentive and the no subtle details were missed like folding my gf napkin when she left the table. All steps of service were completed down to precise timing of dishes. - We went on a Tuesday and it was fairly full for the 2-3 hours we were there but nobody waited at the door. 7:15 reservations. - The decor reminded me of the Philippines, with a touch of the TV series “white lotus”. - The food really made this experience a 10/10. The experience we had for each dish was different for each: 1. A soup tasting that I wanted a bucket of to eat then and there. 2. A tuna ceviche’ that was familiar but unique. The calamanci flavour with the salmon roe were electrifying my taste buds 3. The pineapple ceviche was a roller coaster ride of flavours. My palette didn’t know what was happening. Acidic, chewy, tender, crunchy, sweet and savoury. 4. The ensaymada was both traditional and reimagined. We added the burrata and that was something that will live rent free in our heads forever. Each ingredient stood out but when added together felt like a wrapped present that my taste buds opened as I chewed. 5. The lobster dumpling was another add on. This item was tasted and uniquely presented but was over shadowed by all the other dishes. 6. the pork belly was so tender and flavourful it felt like a love letter from the chef. Truly this one felt like a gift the chef wanted his guests to experience and an experience was exactly what it was. 7. The sinigang was not a traditional recipe but for the love of all that is good it was immaculate. We described it as the fancy cousin from Europe of sinigang. It was everything you want sinigang to be and more. We are definitely sini-gang members! Plus we added lobster to this course and YOU HAVE to try it with the sinig

    This restaurant has a very unique menu with some kind of Filipino Fusion Cuisine which you don’t easily find it at other restaurants. Also it has a wide range of liquor selection. Service is excellent.

    I came across Mineral on my feed one day and was instantly drawn by their menu. We decided to try the Tasting Menu, and it exceeded our expectations. The variety, presentation, and portion sizes were great, and every dish was absolutely delicious and oh so yummy!!! We could truly feel the chef’s passion and the careful thought put into each course. The selection of drinks was also impressive. We really enjoyed our visit to Mineral and we will surely be back with friends. 👍👍👍
