                                                    I really wanted to like this restaurant. I picked it particularly for my mom’s birthday because it looked beautiful and she loved Indian food. What a ruined birthday. The service was basically non existent. We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our drink orders (luckily we ordered food at the same time because it came at least 40 minutes after we ordered). No one checked on us during the meal, we had to flag down staff for water. To top it off, we didn’t get any birthday ceremony that other tables got despite it being on the reservation. The server actually just gave us the bill before we even asked… it was rushed and like they couldn’t wait to fill the table with others. We were going to order dessert but got the bill before we could even do so (again without us asking). If you’re going to take an hour to serve the food you can’t rush people to eat it. This is not fine dining.. this is just mediocre dining. Food was good but I wouldn’t return with the way staff treat people. 10/10 WOULD NEVER recommend.

                                                    Fine to go check out once for the atmosphere. But they are trying too hard to make money off of their customers, and it’s a turn off!

                                                    I would like to take a moment to appreciate the overall experience at Mishree. It was my daughter’s birthday and we truly had a wonderful evening. The staff, the food and the ambiance was truly outstanding.The food was excellent and the service was top notch.I would highly recommend Mishree to my friends and family.

                                                    $65 Drinks are outrageous ! it's a restaurant with nice decor and service . But not value for money the prices are way too steep . more than most Toronto downtown similar restaurant

                                                    Service was poor. We were told upon arrival that we have a 2hr table limit. Hence we ordered everything at once. We got our main course after a very long 45 minutes after our appetizers. The food is extremely expensive - we expected extraordinary plating and taste for the price we paid but the plating was nothing but comparable to any Indian restaurant that serves curry and starters. Food is not bad but for the price you pay, not worth it. We had to call time and again to even get our glasses refilled with water. The decor is the only best part of the restaurant. The wait staff is quick but the food needs to get out of the kitchen quicker. The 2 hour table limit was thrown out of the window by the restaurant themselves. Also sounds super cheap to tell your guests this limit as soon as they are seated. We didnt even bother ordering Cocktails as they were well overpriced.
