Mister Oso is an award-winning Restaurant located in the heart of the NOLA CBD. Our team constantly innovates, showcasing a playful & flavorful menu with rotating taco dishes, Peruvian ceviche, crudo, and enticing vegetarian options. Mister Oso originally opened in 2019 and expanded by opening in Denver’s Wash Park neighborhood in 2022 & in New Orleans’ Warehouse District in 2023. In the fall of 2023, Mister Oso was awarded the distinction of Bib Gourmand by The Michelin Guide.

The lively & energetic atmosphere at Mister Oso is ideal for a night out with friends or a casual date. This ambiance is further elevated by tropical plants & vibrant decor. The seasonal menu & agave-spirits cocktail bar offer a transportive escape from the urban hustle. Additionally, our inventive non-alcoholic Agua Fresca cocktail program ensures that everyone can savor a hand-crafted drink.

The worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. They forgot our appetizer, brought us the wrong entree, wrong drink, very slow. There were food runners walking around asking tables if they ordered this, as if everyone was lost. Our server knew she did terribly and said the manager would come by, they never came. She only comped the one drink but even that wasn’t worth coming back. Which is a shame because the food we got was good, and great location/ambiance.

Below average experience due to the utter rudeness of our server. Upon addressing it with management, she was curt, defensive and unapologetic. The food was good but not good enough to deal with their ill mannered staff again. This place won’t be around next year unless they can fix staffing issues.

Went there twice this week-that’s how good this place is. Went for dinner with some friends and had the Birria tacos, mojo pork tacos and fried chicken tacos. All were fantastic, and I was extremely skeptical about the fried chicken tacos but they were fabulous. Went back for brunch yesterday and ordered the queso with green chorizo, brisket breakfast burrito and chilaquiles. Again, slam dunk. The chilaquiles reminded me of the ones I had back in California and to find that here in NOLA makes my heart happy. For dessert we ordered churros. They weren’t as crispy as the first time we ordered them at dinner but the lime zest sugar made us not care- and the brown butter dipping sauce?! OMG, just pour that on everything and you’ll never have a care in the world again! Bravo Mister Oso- you have made us customers for life! See you again soon!

The food was terrible. Over priced and just tastes less. I live in NOLA and there are so many other amazing places to go to. I would never come here again.

They launched their new fall menu on Monday and what a treat that I dined that day. Great fall flavors and they added a brisket taco that is to die for!!! And the crispy Brussels - I’m in love. I can’t wait to go back and try some more new items!

I’ve been here before, but they just launched a new menu with some incredible items. For those that you don’t know, the space is beautiful, and the staff is super friendly and spunky. I didn’t drink this time but it was delicious.
