Meet Mister Pizza, the light and digestible pizza. Our secret is the special 'Mister Pizza Recipe', an exclusive method of double rising and maturing the dough for 36 hours at a controlled temperature. Thanks to the Mister Pizza Recipe, our pizza is every day light and a guarantee of digestibility. In addition, every pizza on the Mister Pizza menu is available in one of our four doughs: classic, gluten-free, grain and whole wheat. And when dairy products are an issue, our lactose-free or vegan mozzarella with coconut will please everyone. All this is combined with sought-after, 100% Made in Italy ingredients: your pizza will never end up with ingredients from discount stores or bought on the cheap.
