From the moment we walked into MNKE HSE, we knew we were in for something extraordinary—and it did not disappoint. Every single element of the evening, from the food to the drinks to the music and impeccable service, made for a dining experience we’ll never forget. So, if you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience, look no further!
For us, the main “pièce de résistance” was the Brazilian ribeye. To call it "orgasmic" would be an understatement—this was the most tender, smoky and perfectly grilled ribeye we've ever had. We’ve paired it with the caviar potato which was an absolute revelation—one of the most unique and inventive potato dishes we've had in Manchester! A moment of sheer indulgence that you absolutely must- try!
Another must-try: salmon teriyaki! Without spoiling much: this simple combination of flavours will leave your table speechless for a minute or two!
What made the experience even more special was Paola, who took the time to personally walk us through each dish. Her passion for her craft was evident in every word and her thoughtful explanations only enhanced our appreciation for the food. She truly is a master at what she does, and it’s clear that the incredible new menu she crafted reflects her dedication and creativity. A huge shoutout also to her phenomenal team, everyone made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout the evening! We’d love to give a special mention to our waitress, but unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name—she was absolutely wonderful and her attentiveness made the night even more enjoyable!
The drinks paired perfectly with the dishes, the atmosphere was lively yet intimate and the service was outstanding. Every aspect of our visit was worth every penny and we left feeling fully satisfied and completely impressed. For any foodie in Manchester looking to embark on a culinary adventure, MNKE HSE is a must-visit!
