When we arrived my wife said, "wow, I thought we were going to a hole-in-the-wall."" I wish we had. MOA is a standard, but mediocre Korean bbq in a corporate, gray-on-gray, business-dinner setting. The galbi was delicious, and the pancakes filled a craving, but the rest of the food was dull and flavorless, the room was cramped and uninspired, the ambiance was tired and dull and the $275 bill was not worth it. The service was delivered by enthusiastic young people, a bright spot to the evening. If you're in town for a business meeting, cramped for time, and staying across the street at one of the hotels, it's OK, I guess, if you have money to burn and a paperback novel to read. The initial reservation booking experience was positive, and the staff left us a signed card on our table for our anniversary, but it all went down hill from there. They were out of nearly every beer, then didn't have Jack Daniels for a Jack & Coke. Not a huge deal, but my husband asked for four different types of beer before we got to the Jack, they were out of all of them. This was at dinner on a Saturday night. So not a great start. We wanted to try a bunch of different things, so we ordered the Classic #1. All but one of the meats arrived table-side with zero seasoning or marinade. They offered bean paste, soy sauce, and salt/pepper on the side, but all of the un-marinated meats were completely without flavor. The server was polite, but basically burned/dried out the Wagyu grilling it for us, then never asked if we'd like a second round of drinks. We took over grilling at that point, but again, apart from the marinated bulgogi, nothing had any flavor, which is the exact opposite of every other experience I have ever had with Korean BBQ. Overall, this was an expensive meal with mediocre service and absolutely disappointing food.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

The food was good but the services were bad and not professional. We asked to the waiter for an additional diet check and it was never delivered and the waitress when took the plates and food from the table, after the lunch, she dropped sauce all over the table and floor and she did not care. We do not recommend this restaurant if you like to have good and professional services請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Overall had a great time. The food was great and our service was excellent. The drawback was that the upper level had boxes for storage which wasn’t appealing to look at. We came for the lunch which was the perfect time of day to try this restaurant. If you need a new date night experience or take friends/ family when they come into town definitely go to Moa!!!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Went for my birthday and they were incredibly thoughtful!! I was greeted with a card, signed by the servers, they are so attentive to the notes, and brought me a drink I requested upon arrival!
