    Sam, bartender at the “back” bar, was entertaining, knowledgeable & prompt without ever making anyone feel rushed. A must visit when we are in Montreal. Food always beautifully presented and palate perfect. Music adds, not detracts from atmosphere

    Plates are delicious and reasonably priced. Live music blues , jazz adds to the memorable dining experience. Table server Tyler and crew are excellent.

    Our family of five had a wonderful dinner. We started with a lovely bottle of wine, salad, and onion soup. Our dinners were delicious, especially the seafood linguine and lamb pasta. The desserts were delectable, my favorite was the lava cake. We also sampled the chocolate mousse, crème brûlée, and sorbet. Our server, Patrice, made the evening even better. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to chat with. The other servers were also pleasant. Our first visit was terrific, and we hope to return again.

    Used to love this place. Sadly it has gone down hill. Calamari was over breaded and overcooked, French onion soap was lukewarm, pasta was dry from being under the heating lamp too long, steak frites was mid with far superior and less expensive options in the city, the lamb rack was good but the sides were sad. The mixed vegetables were as if they took a frozen bag of Birds Eye and threw it on the plate. Will not return to this once beloved spot.
