   As always, a great dining experience! Val,our waitress, was friendly and fun! Food presentation was gorgeous! Very tasty. The noise level is always a bit high but I guess when a restaurant is popular, that’s to be expected!! Can’t wait to return!

   Service was poor. Slow, unresponsive, not familiar with items on menu. Everything else was good or very good.

   Food was great in general. We just had disappointing service. Seemed like brand new to being servers or just too many tables so very distracted.

   We had been to Mole in Sedona and loved it, so we were happy to visit the Palm Desert location when we were in town. Great choice, as the food, drinks and service were on point! Sorry my pics don’t have official dish names in the captions 😊

   Mole provides a delicious variety of higher end Mexican dishes , not commonly found in most Mexican restaurants

    This Mexican food was flavourful, with unique combinations that stimulated the palate. The guacamole was the best I’ve had and the in-house freshness of the tortillas was so tasty. The service of Valeria was so engaging, informative and friendly- she definitely enhanced our first time experience
