The food is GOOD…point blank period. The restaurant sits in an unassuming location, but the flavor packed a punch. Would definitely come back.

Excellent food and service! We loved the chicken mole. Plenty of parking and quick service. We had a reservation and sat immediately. Nice quiet spot for great mexican food

Molé continues to be a gem of Sedona! Fantastic food and drink, delightful staff, a beautiful view, and a quiet and hip atmosphere. Plus, you don’t need reservations 60 days in advance for some of the best food Sedona has to offer!

Struck out for reservations at 2 other Sedona restaurants, and we were glad to get reservations at Mole. An all-around pleasant experience. The place only seats maybe 50 inside plus another 2 dozen outside in nice weather, so it has an intimate feel. The best part is the food. I had the mole chicken enchiladas and it was outstanding. The mole had a complexity and assurance I have never experienced before. My husband had equal praise for his salmon enchiladas. We began our meal with a generous portion of freshly made guacamole and robust corn chips they make in house. It was a tasty prelude to the good stuff that followed. GIve Mole a try - you won't be disappointed!

We were sorely disappointed with Mole. We ordered the cornbread with honey butter and it tasted old and dry. The beans in the vegetarian enchiladas were hard and there was no cheese (we had specifically asked and were told yes to cheese). When we sent the enchilada back, we decided to leave and all they charged us for was our cocktails. Sadly, I can not recommend this restaurant even though we had heard glowing reviews. Perhaps it was just a bad night.

Our cornbread is baked fresh daily, and our enchiladas are traditionally prepared with cheese—though not in excessive amounts as you might find in Tex-Mex cuisine. We strive to stay true to authentic flavors and preparation methods. While we did our best to accommodate your requests, including adjusting your bill when you decided to leave without dining, it is disappointing to receive a one-star review based on an incomplete experience.
