Molto – Italian for “plenty of" is a Trattoria serving fresh, intimate and truly authentic Italian cuisine
"simply my mom in the kitchen" is our motto and she shares traditional family recipes! All our pastas and sauces are homemade and we pride ourselves on using only the very best quality ingredients.

    We enjoyed a very nice glass of Chianti and split an arugula salad which was very good and we were pleased that the kitchen split the salad into two bowls. The porcini pizza was delicious. The service was attentive without being overbearing. All in all, it was a delightful experience.

    Service was very slow. Water had to be requested for refills. Food over 45 minutes and cold sauce and was separated. One meal forgotten in the kitchen as the runners brought out 2 tables together. In past loved this restaurant but now I have had 2 bad experiences. Such a shame

    We had visitors in town and wanted them to try the best pasta. For the most part the food was very good except for the mussels as many of them were unopened which is a sign they were not fresh. The pasta dishes were excellent especially because they were hot and did not get cold quickly. We had to negotiate a compensation for the mussels but I really the server was very accommodating. We were seated at the table next to where the bathrooms used to be so we had people stopping at our table trying to figure out where to go.

    We really enjoyed our meal at Molto. The cocktails were done to our specifications and the food was delicious. Our server was pleasant and attentive. Will definitely go back!
