Welcome to Momed, (pronounced mo-med.) short for Modern Mediterranean, is homage to the kitchens of the eastern Mediterranean and North Africa. Since 2010, Momed has introduced Los Angeles a fresh and sophisticated interpretation of a cuisine based on the centuries-old tradition of seasonal and farm to table dining. Momed has become a sought-after destination for those looking to explore the rich and diverse flavors of the Mediterranean region.     Excellent Cocktail menu and service. We highly recommend the Avocado Hummus, Brussel Sprouts, and the Cleopatra Salad. Had the Agnolotti and Wild Mushroom Manti both good but nothing special and high priced for these dishes and servings.

    Food and drink were incredible! The bread and the broccolini are insanely good. Love the lamb and the gnocchi and the cocktails, especially “what’s good here.” Service was top notch. This was my second time here this month and I do not live nearby. Looking forward to the next visit.

    The wait staff was really kind and attentive. They suggested great dishes to be shared. The roasted carrots were delicious as well as the broccolini. The chicken was tender and the skin was crispy and sweet. Overall a good experience!

    We went for Sunday brunch and sat out on their nice patio. It wasn’t very crowded. We were seated right away and our server came up right away to assist us and she was lovely. We ordered drinks, and espresso martini, and their highlighted cocktail, which was excellent. We ordered the Mediterranean platter and we were able to exchange the Labneh for muhamara since my friend was lactose intolerant. The waitress was very cognizant of that and made sure that nothing had dairy in it. We also ordered the Cleopatra salad and that was really nice. We had the olive oil cake for dessert and it was nice and moist and sweet. Overall, an excellent meal and I hope to be back.
