Momofuku Las Vegas is Momofuku’s first restaurant on the West Coast and is located inside of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The menu draws influence from all over the world, including the US, Korea and Japan. The constantly evolving menu features steamed buns, noodles, and meat and seafood meant for sharing.

    We were there for New Year’s Eve, and the only offering was a $125 pre fixe five course meal, and it was fabulous! The price tag was hard to swallow, but the food was not. Truly, every single thing was delicious and it was a great opportunity to try small plates of the best items from their menu that they were showcasing that night. Take advantage of this offering if you ever get the chance. Who knew a cucumber could taste so good?! And honestly the very best mistake of my entire life! Oh, and the view out over the Strip on New Year’s Eve was awesome as we waited to join the fray below on the street for the countdown and fireworks, which were so fun to be a part of - especially since we spent the evening waiting for midnight up in the peaceful ambience of Momofuku rather than standing in the cold with hundreds of thousands of drunks.

    We waited 1.5 hours for our food. Our waitress quickly dismissed us saying that she cannot take our family photo because she was super busy. She didnt ask us how we were doing even when we waited 1.5 hours for our food. When we finally asked her to take our photo again, she gave us an attitude. The manager was nice enough to apologize for the wait and gave us cucumbers on the house. However, it didnt make up for the wait and poor service. I have been in fancier and busier restaurants with better service. The food was only decent. Price is reasonable considering location but not for the horrible service.Will not be coming back ever again.

    Overall the experience was great, service was great and food was good. the ramen is a bit pricy and i don't see it stand out from the less expensive one.

    The Ramen was truly fantastic and lived up to their reputation. Every server was incredibly friendly and made us all feel very welcome. All three different ramens we got were top notch in their own way and I’m looking forward to going back.
