Momofuku Las Vegas is Momofuku’s first restaurant on the West Coast and is located inside of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The menu draws influence from all over the world, including the US, Korea and Japan. The constantly evolving menu features steamed buns, noodles, and meat and seafood meant for sharing.

    Fun tastes in vibrant atmosphere. Experience deflated by our first “demand pricing” menu. Prices went up between the time we ordered and when we received our check. Review your bill and save your menu. Our check was corrected after we questioned it.

    We reserved our dining spot for 7 well in advanced and were seated fairly quickly. The view inside was amazing, and we appreciate the lazy Susan on the tables for food sharing. We had some small plates and ramen to share. Cucumbers and the rice cakes are a must-order. Ramen is okay, nothing mind blowing. I did enjoy my 7 spice slushie. Service was basic. I expected a better service for such a nice establishment. Server did not bother checking on us or offering to bring anything else. Otherwise it was a pretty good dining experience.

    Mushroom ramen was really good. Got the chicken and caviar bun also which was delicious. Started with the kinilaw fluke would highly recommend. Staff was super attentive but cleared dishes really fast so felt a little rushed eating. They also have milk bar outside so a great option for dessert too. Bathroom situation was a little annoying with two only so always was a wait.

    We were seated promptly and had a very nice waiter. I don’t know what they put in their cucumber appetizer, but I dream about them. The shrimp and pork buns are also absolutely delicious. Momofuku is a must try if you are in Vegas!

    Fabulous food, Cooper our server as amazing. Josh the General manger was over the top! Service was also phenomenal… I highly recommended!
