Nishi is located in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood. Chef Nicholas Tamburo creates Italian-inspired dishes using unexpected techniques and ingredients. In addition to a la carte pasta and meat & fish offerings, the menu also features a house-made pasta tasting with an optional wine pairing.

The beverage list showcases a selection of wines with a new perspective on old world regions, alongside seasonal cocktails.

Please note that the Impossible Burger is available on a first come, first served basis during lunch and brunch (12 - 3 pm). Please check our website for updates. We appreciate your understanding.

There were so many wonderful, flavorful, combinations. The Endive Salad was so savory - hard to believe there was no meat in it!

After eating here and a misunderstanding in the bill occurred I wrote a complaint and immediately received a message from Anna Utevsky. She apologised and offered to give me a refund. We were on holiday in New York and were travelling back to Australia so a refund was not going to be possible as we paid cash. Anna then spent over a month organising a gift card at Momofoku in Sydney. She went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable experience and her customer service was exceptional! 10/10

An amazing Italian restaurant revisited with Japanese influences. The sourdough focaccia with burrata and bottarga Is a must have. We also had pasta with ceci e pepe, really delicious and we'll balanced. Ambiance was great, and low noise level allowed private conversations. Service was very cordial. Highly recommended of you want to try a culinary experience!

The food was absolutely delicious and the wine paired to perfection. We also had wonderful service; our waitress could not have been more helpful when recommending wine and select dishes that would pair accordingly. Overall we had a wonderful evening filled with delicious pastas, fresh salad/green and yummy wine.

Nishi had delicious and innovative food. The space was a bit narrow, but what you would expect from a Japanese style pub. I sat at the bar and wad very confortable and the staff were really friendly and received great service. All in all very enjoyable.
