                                                                                                  My wife and I had a wonderful dinner. The service was excellent. It was a first class environment. We tried many things on the menu and everything was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant.

                                                                                                  The place is huge and designed for Instagram photos. The food was decent and I enjoyed the whole fish, but for the mezze appetizer sampler, there wasn’t enough pita or veggies to use for dipping. The dining room was very dark also. Hard to read menu or see food.

                                                                                                  This place is a huge disappointment, it’s one of those places that can’t decide if it’s an entertainment venue or a restaurant. The food we got was either frozen, cold, or over cooked. Excluding the grilled octopus which was the only dish that appeared to be cooked in house. The cocktails were ok but not memorable. While the service was good Mona is all hype that they don’t live up to.

                                                                                                  1) chaotic service. No one has any idea what is happening. Servers eagerly try to clear plates as you’re still eating. Multiple disruptions. Orders not correct with items missing. 2) atmosphere. Feels like a poor attempt at being both a club and a restaurant but unable to do either well. 3) quality: subpar food in an disarrayed presentation style.

                                                                                                  Although the ambiance is very appealing, the food and the energy in the place isn’t. My husband and I went on a Friday evening. The first thing that the host said was “I don’t like to seat black people near the front door, which I assume he thought was something we wanted to hear. I found it highly inappropriate. Next, our food came out. I ordered the feta and tomato tower, which had zero flavor and the cheese was rock hard. My husband ordered the $32 lobster dish which had one tiny piece of lobster in the entire thing. We complained, but were told that the chef said that the lobster was mixed into the sauce. The final straw was when the manager walked over to our table at 6:32 to tell my husband that he had to remove his hat at 7:00, then proceeded to pace back and forth around our table until 6:58 (looking at his watch each time and at one point saying to a colleague “He has until 7 to take it off”… needless to say, we will not be returning or recommending Mona to anyone we know. Not worth it, at all!
