The food was cold and had an awful taste. We saw the people beside us had a horrible time and our poor server had to deal with that. She didn't get a chance to check on us and when she did we told her the food was poor. She looked like she was gonna cry when she asked if we wanted to speak to the manager. It was almost closing time and I couldn't cause a scene on new years eve but honestly it was disgusting. We also didn't get any help. I don't blame her because she was swamped with a table full of complaints but nobody else came to help us and there were tons of people cleaning up and not having tables. The food we ordered was overcooked in as much as the coating on my chicken was brown and very crispy. Thankfully the chicken inside was not dry. My daughter had steak which was burnt on outside but undercooked inside. I get that it was super busy but the food should still be cooked right. It was mine and my husband's anniversary so I figured I'd splurge and get the Surf & Turf. The steak was perfect, but the lobstertail, which I was really looking forward to, was the smallest one I've ever seen and did not taste good. Seriously, we're in Nova Scotia, Montanas should be able to get better quality lobster. Not worth the money. Service was a bit lack. Never offered to freshen drinks.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We enjoy Montana’s and go every month on average. The Bayers lake location is really hit or miss when it comes to food quality. It wasn’t terribly busy tonight and the food was average at best. Was not worth the $180 price tag. We went two weeks ago and the food was great..not sure why so inconsistent.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
