Montana's BBQ & BAR is a Canadian comfort food restaurant and sports bar that is famous for barbecue cuisine. Our server Destiny was friendly, approachable and most importantly, hardworking. It's seems that on our Sunday night visit, the restaurant was lacking servers. It took awhile to take our order but once it was in, everything else fell into place. We were there for a birthday celebration and it went well. We appreciate Destiny very much. A plate of fries was missing from the birthday boy's order but she corrected it. Her customer service was exceptional!請問這對你有幫助嗎 ？

This Montana’s is always good (food often tastes better than at other locations) and service was excellent. Would be nice if there was a little space or some padding between booths as there were kids kicking and jumping around on the booth behind us so our booth kept shaking. There are space constraints though so this is not the fault of the restaurant. Great meal and we’ll return soon,請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Visiting a restaurant for Father’s Day is always a toss of dice - it could be noisy, busy, and hectic. Montana’s on Bank was extremely efficient, all the staff were welcoming. Our server, Chris, had a smile on his face the whole time and stayed a moment to chat with my dad after our meal was done (which was very kind; my dad is definitely not the easiest customer). The food was phenomenal, clearly fresh and great portions and flavours. We were sat in a booth off to the side, exactly as I requested in my reservation. Service and food were great! The space was extremely loud with an extended party table nearby and unruly small kids running around not being watched by their guardians. Terribly loud. We had to shout to have a conversation.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Service was fine yet when our meals came the nachos were overdone / burned. We had a movie we were going to so chose to not request they were redone. At the end of the meal mentioned to our server about the nachos and the response received was "Yeah, that happens sometimes. Depends on who is working. I will be sure to tell the kitchen.".
