Montrachet at Bowen Hills, is located on King Street. Large windows enclose a lavishly furnished space, creating
intimacy for a world of luxury inside; white tablecloths, silver cutlery, rich timbers and a well-stocked bar are all redolent of a charming Parisian brasserie and perceptive waitstaff are attentive in fulfilling culinary desires.
Stepping into Montrachet is like stepping into a Parisian bistro. From the burgundy leather banquet that runs the length of the room, to the marble comptoir (bar), Montrachet oozes elegance and charm. Traditional overtones and design are accompanied by Laguiole cutlery, monogrammed crockery and glassware and a well stocked bar. French antiques, metal pastis signs and gilt framed mirrors create an ambience perfectly complimentary to the French cuisine of executive chef and owner Clement Chauvin is famous for.

A quick note of appreciation for a great dinning experience. Clem's presence in the front of house is a great touch and the outstanding quality of the food under Alan's supervision results in a wonderful venue to go and enjoy beautiful food and wines Thanks team, great effort. Seb. (A Chef on ice)

We went for lunch and the food was superb. The service was fantastic. We used to go to Montrachet when it was at Paddington. High standards have been maintained. Go and enjoy.

Well an interesting lunch.we had dined for dinner after newly reopened and food was good but service needs work. So today going for lunch we expected a good experience but unfortunately this was not the case. Only two staff on to serve with the waiter co Stanley clicking his pen for nearly 90mins every time he was talking to guests. Although the food was so Liar to previous it lacked temperature and lustre plus we had a leaf salad that had old brown and rotting leaves. The beef was grey and cold and only the tables that had full bottles of wine weee given extra attention. Long gone are the days of the previous ow eta with an Ateam FOH that excelled in detailed service Unfortunately will be our last time at Montrachet.

Sadly since last time a fortnight ago the reasonable 2 course deal has gone. Now more like the "old" Montrachet prices. Everything else first class

We absolutely loved the whole experience from service to food to presentation to paired wines. The food was delectable and artfully presented can’t fault any of it. We will be returning.

We enjoyed the degustation and it is the best degustation experience we've ever had! The wine list was exquisite and very comprehensive. We'll definitely come again! WOW!
