   From Valet to the table, this restaurant does it right. Wonderful food. Very attentive staff. I try to eat here at least once a month. Always a nice night. Thank you.

   I have been to Mooo Burlington several times. It’s one of mine and my husband’s favorite restaurants. I made reservations for his birthday with 3 of his closest friends, who came as a surprise to him. I gave the rating that I did based on our recent experience due to multiple factors. They brought over the complete wrong cut of steak for my husband. I requested a medium rare steak and was first given a medium (which the server stated as they placed it in front of me, so the steak was switched up), and then given a well done steak. I NEVER send food back to the kitchen, but I politely asked the server if this temp was their “medium rare” and she responded, “absolutely not”, and immediately went to put in another steak for me. When it returned, it was rare. The server even acknowledged, but I told her I would eat it. We ordered 6 sides including a regular Mac and cheese, without the lobster, and were given the lobster Mac and cheese. A female manager came to our table and asked how our meal was, which we said was fine, and she never addressed the wrong steak given to my husband and the incorrectly cooked steak I was given. She then left our table. A short while later, a male manager came by to get a couple of bottles of wine in the wall from behind my seat. He asked me if I could move so he could get to the cabinet behind my chair. I had to get up from my seat and interrupt my conversation with my friend, so he could get wine for another customer. He then walked away only to return 3 mins later and asked me to get up again so he could get more wine. I felt like I was on the show “punked” because this experience was completely unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. And to top it off, our bill came to over $1000 with not 1 thing comped for the poor experience. I am never one to look to get something for free, but given this experience, I felt the restaurant should have addressed it and done something more.

   We were celebrating an anniversary. Our team was wonderful and appropriately attentive. Other staff not on our team stopped by to congratulate. They made this a memorable and special occasion. Almost forgot the food was perfect

    It is one of the best restaurants I have been to, the food was exquisite, the atmosphere is friendly and the work staff very attentive and professional.
