At MOOR it all starts with fresh food procured from the land and sea. We work with local farmers and fishmongers to find sustainable and seasonal ingredients that simply taste delicious. Whenever possible, we make every effort to source our food responsibly. Our vision is to always think globally while sourcing locally. In essence, we are Mindful Of Our Resources.

New Years Eve celebration was fantastic. They accommodated our party of 8. We had the opportunity to sit on the boat like we had asked for in advance. The server was extra cheerful and bright. The meals were prepared perfectly. Nice selections. This is the second year we’ve celebrated New Year’s Eve at Moor and we would do it again.

Mine and my daughters' dishes were wonderful (mac and cheese for the kids, and filet for me.) My husband got the seafood stew, which had plenty of seafood but the broth was really thin and not too flavorful. Our server was wonderful, and the drinks were great. We really enjoyed our meal and the place itself.

Hoi was excellent. Vey accommodating! We love that hotel & go back every year. Hoi made it more memorable.

We visit Moor every time we stay at the GLP. Great atmosphere if you get to sit in or near the boat. The food portions seem to be getting smaller and prices much higher. The drinks were not mixed consistently and my fish was overcooked. Overall disappointed with this visit.

Having our dinner on the boat was so beautiful. Our waiter was very attentive & the food was delicious! We had the ahi tuna appetizer which was so tasty & the filet was cooked perfectly! An overall great experience!
