Morimoto Asia is Chef Masaharu Morimoto first pan-Asian restaurant. The creativity of Chef Morimoto is already one of the most inventive forces in Asian cuisine. This culinary destination includes unique exhibition kitchens that showcase traditions like Peking duck carving and dim sum. Morimoto Asia’s eye-catching, 36-foot tall, two-story layout includes lounges, private dining spaces, and an exhibition glass encased kitchen that allows guests a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the culinary action. The second-level sushi bar and lounge have a separate entrance.

Morimoto Asia is located at The Landing at Disney Springs, an entertainment-dining-retail district. With an overhaul and re-branding of this portion of Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Springs will present a fresh and new face to the magical kingdom that is sure to be an extraordinary experience.

We has the rib appetizer! They were the best ribs I've ever had. We also had the lettuce wrap. They were just okay. My husband had the Bib bop and the fish was like butter. I had the shrimp lo mein. Great flavor. We ended with the Japanese cheesecake with strawberry Gelato. It was much lighter than anticipated. Very refresher and the Gelato was bursting with strawberry flavor!

The food and service are always above par. We visit often and always have a great time and thoroughly enjoy our meal. The Buri-bop is our favorite. Prepared tableside it’s a delight. The duck dish is awesome.

Morimoto’s was fantastic. We had the duck and it was so delicious. We had a reservation and we seated right away. Love this restaurant! It’s our favorite!

Second time we have been here and they haven’t had multiple sushi items we wanted off the menu. It would be nice if we were told what the kitchen was out of before we ordered.
