    The food was great and delicious. The service was poor… several times asking for each drink and bread… water was poured once at the beginning.. and the double lobster price.. then with apologies corrected..

    The restaurant was overbooked and under staffed. We were seated 45 mins late for our reservation. We sat for an hour before we had anything more than water and bread. The server tried his best but everything was incredibly slow. Food was mediocre at best.

    We recently dined at Morton’s and, unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. While our server was very polite, attentive, and worked hard to address every situation, it was clear that the restaurant was short-staffed. This led to some issues, including cold sides and steaks that were cooked below the requested temperature. Though not a complete disaster, the experience didn’t meet expectations, and given the circumstances, we likely won’t be returning in the future.

    Filets prepared well, as was the ribeye. Potatoes au gratin rich as usual. Onion rings a little greasy. Wine a little expensive for the quality.

    Every year our family picks a 5 star steakhouse & Mortons did not disappoint. We enjoyed the sharable sides: sautéed spinach & mushrooms were my favorite, mashed potatoes, Au Gratin potato’s were delicious & loved the lobster Mac which had a nice red pepper kick that was perfectly spiced. The dinner bread was a big hit. The steaks were cooked perfectly & we had a good time. Very happy! Will visit again
