    We were sat in the back room of the restaurant. A little TOO quiet for our liking. Plus, the ambiance is much different than the main room. Just not the feel we were looking for. The food was excellent. Our server was mediocre. Very nice, but not the service we expected for an upper scale restaurant. It was New Years Eve, but was still hoping for the quality others have experienced.

    We had a fantastic experience New Year’s Eve. The staff was prepared and professional throughout our meal. They made it a special occasion for our family.

    Great steaks stay away from the seafood! Potatoes are great! Lemon drop martini is great! Everyone was friendly and courteous.

    As always, Morton’s service was fabulous and food was wonderful. You can never go wrong dining at Morton’s.

    We weren't really too impressed with the Mortons sadly.... there was 5 of us for dinner and nothing really stood out great to us. They were out of creamed spinach (on a Saturday night) which was annoying since that was the only side I really wanted. My $17 lobster bisque soup was all broth....ONE little piece of lobster meat in the whole bowl. The onion loaf bread is VERY strong, not my style. With all the steak houses around downtown I will not be back this one. Our waitress had no personality either which did not help the experience!

    Muy bueno el restaurante pero tardaron mucho en servirnos casi más de una hora para 3 platillos Y para cerrar con broche de oro me perdieron mi tarjeta creo se le cayó al mesero y no me la devolvieron, me comentaron que la iban a buscar, de ahí todo lo demás excelente la carne y todo

    Morton's handled our mother's birthday celebration beautifully with customized menus, a card, and a dessert offer. Our waiter "Big Ben" was absolutely fabulous.

    Food One of the appetizers was forgotten Appetizers arrived over an hour after we ordered. Lobster and steak were cold, over cooked and hard as rocks. Asparagus and mashed potatoes were room temperature. Best part of the meal was baked potatoes that were piping hot. Service Plates were thrown on the table in front of us, wrong food was brought. Had to wait for water and wine to be brought to us. Our waiter was MIA for list of the night. We went for Christmas dinner and were completely disappointed, there was not one redeeming part of the experience. We have been coming to the Morton’s chain for almost 20 years and this was the worst food and service that we have ever had. Understaffed! Do not take the reservation if you cannot accommodate your guests. It was unfair to your staff and your guests. Many tables around us had the same complaints. We won’t be back.
