    Was extremely busy and they seem like they’re short staffed. Took a while for our waiter to originally help us then ordering took a while as well. They brought me the wrong drink and the food seemed like it was barely seasoned. Definitely going to other steakhouses for the price of what we paid.

    It is dumbfounding that a steakhouse cannot get the temperature correct. 2 steaks had to be returned because they were overcooked. The quality and cut of one of the NY strips was like having a sirloin. Complete dissapointment! Server was great!

    The waitress was very helpful and attentive. She made the dining experience easy and nice for us. Will definitely be coming back.

    This visit was for my 65th birthday. We always choose Morton’s Steakhouse for Holidays and every special occasion. We had a great dinner, the food was excellent and, as usual, Morton’s surpassed our expectations. Brian was a top notch Server with a great sense of humor. We highly recommend Morton’s Steakhouse in the Gaslamp District.

    Ordered a steak medium rare it arrived well done. The remake came out very rare. The third time was cooked perfectly. It extended our dinner and we missed the show we were going to see. :(... The manager comped a dessert for our trouble. The server was very nice and apologetic though.

    Great food. The only problem I had was the informal dress code. For a high end restaurant, I think there should be business casual attire. Too many people dressed like they’re at a McDonald’s.

    Food is great but customer service is dead here, except for the bar area. Came for my birthday with my wife and 6 year old son. I was 25 minutes early and this lady whom I was later told was the manager was condescending and rude. She told me I was early and said I could go to the bar and when I explained that I had a hungry 6 year old and if there was any better alternative she continued with the smug attitude and said she would seat us at our reservation time although half the dinning room was empty. A simply “I’m sorry, but there is nothing we can do” would have been worlds better than what she had in her. Sad really, because smiles are free Just felt so unaccommodating thank God for the great bar staff that saved the night. Food was great like always and the wine selection is fantastic too. From this point forward I will always go to the bar and skip the attitude.
