    Nothing quite like a ribeye from Morton's. The service was friendly and attentive, we were seated immediately upon arrival and the food was delicious as always.

    This location has definitely made some changes and adjustments. Service was excellent, Hostess were professional, helpful. Great food and great experience.

    The Anniversary dinner was a success. Host was welcoming. She wished us a happy anniversary and offered to take us a photo. Waitress was kind and took good care of us. Food came at a timely manner and it was delicious! Can’t wait to come back!

    Save your money.... Terrible experience! Supposed to be a well-earned break from the kitchen on Thanksgiving', what a disappointment! 1- The host informed us on arrival (at this cold dark venue, AC overhead?) that we could not have our window seating as requested a month prior to booking, he also appeared unhelpful & detached when we asked for the regular menu after viewing the unappetizing Thanksgiving offering, from fellow diners! 2.-Our son's cocktail was unavailable, as was our chosen bottle of champagne, but not to worry we could have a $100.00 alternative, (not in our budget) caught unawares I tried to suggest viewing the wine list again, but too late the server was already uncorking...She offered fruit to combat the dryness and failed to provide an ice bucket, for our warm champagne...seriously? 3. Our Main course arrived before the starter and the roll & fries turned up at the end of the main course, despite repeated requests. 4. We heard diners behind us complain and noted unhappy and uneaten food at the table beyond. 5. If you have $400.00 to spare for this appalling service for 3, then look no further.

    Very disappointed tonight. Food was mediocre at best. Service was slow. I’ve been a long time Morton’s patron, and I think that’ll be the last time I spend my hard earned money there. Management, this falls on you as well.

    We eat here often. Amazing food as always but what really made the experience was the service. Well our server was amazing. The woman who brought us water responded to our “Happy Thanksgiving” with “not for me, I have to work here” Not the best way to start our meal but besides that it was a wonderful experience.

    Bar was extremely slow; we ordered cocktails but didn't receive them until we'd finished our appetizers. We ordered a bottle of wine; the server brought the wrong bottle, and the the manager brought another bottle to tell us they didn't have what we'd ordered or anything equivalent. Lobster bisque was lukewarm. Au gratin potatoes looked like the cheese was melted in a microwave. Creamed spinach was soupy.

    Trying to have a good business conversation during the dinner, keep getting interrupted by the stuff, then the managers, one after one every 10 minutes. I appreciate the service but that was too much.
