    Overall a good experience, person up at the front can definitely be a little more welcoming. Got there and nobody was up front, when she did walk up she said nothing. Other than that Rogelio was amazing and attentive as well as the other lady that cleared our table. Steaks were delicious and the cocktails were great as well.

    John, our server was awesome! We ordered the seafood platter as a starter! This platter was fresh and plentiful! We couldn’t finish it because we also had ordered steak and bass. Everyone ordered it differently and all came out just perfect! The bass was done wonderfully with the tasty sauce. Okay, so I ate up my bass, but the three men could hardly finish their steaks but managed to finish their savory baked potatoes. The evening was perfect with our bottle of Pinot noir! I intend to return when I have another out-of-town guest.

    thought that the food was just O.K. found gristle in middle of my filet. have been to many steak houses and thought that this was pretty mediocre..

    Our server, Jen was exceptional- very friendly and attentive. Again the food and service at the San Jose Morton’s was 5 Star - highly recommend.

    Dined Friday night, a couple days ago, for a birthday celebration. We had a pleasant evening. Food was good. Service attentive and sufficient.

    Steak was way under done (rare when asked for medium rare) and vegetables had very clearly been sitting out for a long while before being plated. High price to pay for sub par food.

    The food for the most part was good, except the steak came more of a medium well when we asked for medium. Our service was way below expectation. She did not know how to open the bottle of wine we brought in and had to go find somebody to help her do it, she forgot to bring our appetizer, and when we mentioned that we never received it, her apology was not heartfelt at all. It was very nonchalant. Same reaction when we told her that the meat was more of a medium well than a medium. Just seemed like it was the last place she wanted to be, which was probably true however, her customer should have never felt that.

    Food and service was great. We sat outside where it was enclosed and there were heated lamps above us. Food was spectacular. Drinks were tasty. Will return. Thank you for a wonderful new years eve dinner.

    We were promptly seated in what looked like a private dining room separate from the main restaurant. There were others seated there, as well. The food was all very good. Jenny was our server. She was delightful and very helpful with menu recommendations.
