   The meat was delicious—very tender and juicy, as always. The best part is the consistency they manage to maintain. We really enjoyed the dinner.

   Una buena experiencia, el lugar muy elegante, los cortes de carnes bien preparados, una amplia selección de vinos y buen servicio y detalles. La mesera Briana fue muy amable, además del detalle de obsequiarnos con una foto impresa de la visita donde se celebrábamos un cumpleaños.

   I always visit the regular main room. This was my first experience at the bar bites and I did not have a good experience. The food was delicious but the service was so poor. It never happened in the restaurant and I am a regular customer. The service is totally different at the bat bites room. Very disappointed.

   I’ll start this off by saying I am a huge Morton’s fan. My favorite restaurant might I add. I was excited to see PR had one. First we were seated and drink orders were placed. The drinks arrived. We gave it a few minutes for the bread because we know it’s fresh, nothing never came. I had to wave another waiter down to get my waiter and he came back with the bread. I order my food medium well and the steak was burnt. My wife ordered a medium steak and hers too was burnt. The corn and spinach was not the usual taste but I wasn’t mad at it. The steak lost its flavor at that point. I had to flag down another waiter for my waiter for the check. He was missing so much I was prepared to just hand him my card without looking at the bill because lord knows when he’d return. It was busy so I was showing grace but Jesus that was an experience. I will be returning to my Morton and personally ask the waiter to thank the chef. Overall if you are a frequent Morton’s guest, DONT GO HERE !

   Customer service was very slow and mediocre at best. Our waitress seemed disinterested and careless. We were disappointed. The food was awesome but the lack of good service made the whole experience forgettable. It is too expensive for not having superb customer service.
